Audio in Schoology not working


Any video or audio recording I try to listen to has no volume, regardless of how high my volume is. I can play/hear videos on any other site (ie YouTube, etc), and if I try to follow a link, there is audio. I’m on the most recent IOS software using the Schoology app...

    If you haven't already, please reach out to your district's designated Support Contact(s). They will be able to help you troubleshoot and help you submit a ticket with our Support Team. You can find your Support Contacts by clicking Support in the footer of your Schoology account.
