Not able to login


out account has an extra '.com' on it that needs to be removed.  

Because of this (I am sure), I am unable to login.  I have used the 'Reset password' multiple times without avail.  I am still unable to login....

    I would be the husband, Craig.  And thank you.

    Right now, the only way I can logon is using the reset password.  But at least I am on.
