Schoology Gradebook and Chrome

I am finding that the gradebook no longer allows me to select flags when I am in Chrome.  We are a Chrome based school so not very fun especially at the end of the year.  Any ideas why Chrome doesn't work with the gradebook anymore?

    Hi Kelly,

    I am very sorry to hear that you are having trouble with exception flags in the Schoology gradebook. Can you make sure that your Chrome browser is up to date and let us know if an update helps resolve this issue?

    It says that Chrome is up to date.

    Can you also try using Incognito Mode in Chrome and see if you can reproduce the issue?

    My school computers won't let me do incognito.

    Kelly,

    Are you able to try accessing exceptions in the gradebook from a different browser? If not, can you see if you are able to reproduce this issue using a device at home or at your local library? 

    We currently don't have any other reports of this issue so, we want to see if the issue is with your school device or your school network.

    I can access exceptions from Safari.

    Hi Kelly,

    I'm happy to open a ticket so that we can troubleshoot this issue further. My hunch is that there may be a setting or Chrome Extension that is interfering with the normal function of exceptions in Schoology. We will be in touch directly via email shortly!
