Could we get notifications for "needs grading" for assignments we've marked missing that ultimately get a submission? It's pretty inconvenient to have to go back through and sweep the grade book every once in awhile and use the "assignments marked missing with submission feature."
I would love to have this LINKED in the notification with "resubmitted" so it goes right to the individual's assignment in question.
I agree! I think it is crazy that we get notifications if an assignment is re-submitted but if the assignment is marked missing, it doesn't give you a notification that the student turned anything in. Schoology really needs to fix this...

It is such a heart breaker to see I have 30 items to grade when I open the class only to realize after viewing the Gradebook that I have to unmark the missing tag and now see 50 to grade.
Yes, please add this feature! I have to mark assignments missing so that the student will receive a zero, but then I don't receive a notification if a student turns in the work. I have to scan manually, which is time consuming and frustrating for students who would like their late work graded!
