So I've have an account w/Schoology for an university account summer program for my kids.
Now, my two kids middle school is using schoology as well and have parents code for me to add them as child.
My problem is: When I follow the schoology parent setup steps, it's assuming I didn't have an account. But I do, so it's telling me account already existed. So I login to my account, but next to my name, there's no option for me to associate my kids to my account.
I've logged a ticket, and still got no answer yet.
Any one can help me here?
