Transfer Grades


How do I transfer a students grades when they are moved from one period to another? A student's schedule was changed after I had already entered in multiple grades. I can no longer see their name or the grades I had entered in the old period, and in their new period all of their grade boxes are blank. How can I retrieve the grades I had previously entered and have them imported into the student's new period?

    I can only answer the first part of what you wrote, and I would love to get some help with the intelligent transfer of grades from one period to another.

    To get their grades back, simply re-add the student to their original course / section. Their grades will reappear in the gradebook. You can then print them out, write them down, or do an Export to save all grades from that class into a spreadsheet.
