Lesson Planner

Since we are moving more and more digital...is there a way that Schoology can incorporate an online lesson planning section that ties into our courses and that can be designed to incorporate state standards and also has the ability to post to the course calendar and export as pdf / email for end of the year administrator 'check out'.

agreed...I am looking into purchasing 'planbook.com' to do exactly that, i would rather just use schoology if they would add the feature.

We need this. Its crazy that we cant plan out our lessons and view/share them on a calendar. there are free programs that do this but since all of the material is here it would make perfect sense to do it all here and link to our materials created. (objective, do now... etc...)

I'd love to see this as well. I like how the planner in Eduphoria works -- a teacher can create a template, connect to standards, and share the planner with administrators and other teachers. I'd love to see something like this in schoology, where it can connect to the calendar and the planner as a whole can be shared with others in the school.

I saw a video where a guy uses the calendar feature to do this, no way to add standards like planbook.

This would be an ideal feature - much better than creating a lesson plan in another format and then uploading a file or inserting a link.

Yes! This!  It would be amazing to build the lesson plan and the assignment together and have the assignment appear in the students' feeds.
