Make the "Add Child" Button Availabe For Parent Users Who Have No Child Associations

Follow

Currently, if a parent has an account with one child association, and then that child is marked inactive (due to school transfer or something similar), then that parent will NO LONGER have an "Add Child" option. They are also unable to create a new parent account with a parent access code if they use the same email address that was formerly used.

Can the "Add Child" button be available for any user accounts that have the role of "Parent", whether or not they have a current child association?

For reference, the "Add Child" button is the one referred to in the below document: https://support.schoology.com/hc/en-us/articles/201000883-Add-Children-Associations-Parents-

None

Yes! We've had trouble with faculty/staff trying to add children. They don't have the "Add Child" button and many of them end up having two accounts and then they have to merge them. That's just silly.

Yes I have a trouble with child adding as well. I am an instructor. I tried to add my child, but that button is not there. Can't you fix that please.
