I've completed the course; when I go to the grade section all I see is: N/A everywhere! No grades on discussions or post test. HELP!! My emails To the instructor are not being returned..... Any answers?

    Hi Sheila,

    It sounds like the instructor of the course hasn't yet graded any items in the course. As part of an Enterprise account, you should have access to System Administrators or a Help Desk that can help you contact your instructor.

    If you have difficulty contacting the Help Desk or the instructor of the course, you can reach the Schoology Help Desk by clicking on the Submit a Request link at the top of this page. They might be able to look up the best person to contact on your behalf.
