Rich text editor for Updates?

Follow

We would like to use a rich text editor when creating updates (akin to what we can do in other text fields in Schoology). Is that being considered?

    Hi everyone,

Partial rich-text editor is now available for updates and discussion posts. You’ll be able to use italics, underline, bold, bullet and number lists, change the indent, and spell check.

    Best,
    Julie

YES, I've asked for this before too. RTE needed EVERYWHERE!

Yes! It is frustrating that we cannot include embedded links in an Update (vs. attaching links)

It would be great if you could add RTE for the App, as well.

Yes, full RTE please -- text and background color, tables, etc

Respectfully requesting full rich text availability throughout. We need to use super and subscripts regularly in Science curricula.

    Hi Mary,

We recommend that you create a new Feature Idea for expanded Rich Text availability in Schoology, since the request in this post was specifically for Rich Text in Updates, which is now available in Schoology.

We have some helpful guidelines for posting Feature Ideas here.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback in the community!
