Ability to use multiple grading categories for a single graded item

Follow

It would be helpful if assignments could be assigned grades in more than one category without entering the assignment multiple times.

This is not an answer to your question - but rather - it is adding my voice to yours. I have been using "standards based grading" for a while - and almost always need to use a single assessment to cover multiple standards. For example - one lab report covers the ability to write clearly and draw conclusions based on supporting evidence - but it also assesses skills specific to that lab. (HS physics - slope of a v(t) graph is the acceleration, for example) so the lab needs to be able to have a "communications grade" as well as a grade that assesses the students skill with interpreting the v(t) graph.

Ditto what Tim said - this would be a very useful tool, the absence of which is preventing our school from using Schoology as its main grading & feedback system..... I hope it can be implemented.

Yes, it would be helpful to be able to use multiple standards/categories to score an assignment.

Up-voted! I agree...especially in rubrics, each row of a rubric can be assigned to different categories.

Please, please, please!  It's 2019, and to the best of my knowledge, this still hasn't been added?!? Or maybe I just haven't figured it out yet...

Schoology I just posted about this in a different forum. PLEASE listen to us teachers and add the ability to grade in multiple categories. This is very important for our curriculum requirements!
