It would be extremely helpful if there was a "next question" button when grading fill in the blank and subjective questions. It is very tedious to have to go back to the question list and then scroll down to the question you want to grade next.

While grading a test in view by question, it would be nice to have the ability to go to the next questions without having to go back to the main screen.
I completely agree. This feature would be extremely helpful!
ME TOO!! I was thinking I just wasn't "getting" it. But no, it's just weirdly configured.
Yes, definitely helpful.
This seems like a no brainer.
Another solution would be to indicate on the drop-down list of student names which students still need assessment.
Yes, please. We need to navigate through all the question. I would even add the feature to move to the next question upon saving responses automatically.
This is sorely needed: bump it up!
This feature would be helpful both for grading submissions and when editing a quiz/test.
I highly agree. There seems to be no workaround except for clicking on the question and opening it in a new window each time. I then have to close that window and repeat to get to the next question.
PLEASE!!!!!!
I second this!
Also, it was be great if we could hit "tab" to move between student responses to make it faster than having to move from the keyboard to mouse between questions
This would make grading short answers so much easier!!
It would be an awesome new feature please.
I can't believe this isn't already a feature.
The grading process for short answer/essay questions within an assessment is clunky because the designers/programmers are most likely NOT teachers! Therefore, it's doesn't seem important enough to fix - NOTE that this question is over 4 years old yet still hasn't been solved. I feel I should have one place to go to review and grade short answer/essay questions and just scroll through only those that have not yet been graded. But, the current method goes will with the overall design of the entire system ... clunky!
