Assessments have been deleted

Today, with great concern, we discovered that some of our past assessments and also the students submitted assessments have disappeared. Have they been deleted by Schoology? Are they deleted automatically after a certain time? Please advise.

 

This is one of them, this students name is there but his assessments are not.

    I'm having exactly the same issues.  Thank you for bringing it up, Michael.  Nina, please send updates to all the schools.  I just want to make sure that I receive it as well.

    I am having a similar issue.  The students completed the assignment well before the due date and it shows up on the instructor side as complete but I am unable to view any responses.  The student can see that they submitted but are unable to see their responses.  Of all the students it only is affecting 2 students.

    I am having the same issue as you Jacki. I can see student scores, but cannot see any of the discussion questions to grade. I even tried to unsubmit a student assessment, when going back in the student can't see the answer they put or the question. They also cannot resubmit.

    Thank you for your patience as our Product Team worked to resolve this issue. At this time, Assessments should appear correctly and instructors will be able to view question responses again.
