Can’t upload pic from phone on Schoology app

Every time I try to send example pics to students on a post or in message, I get an error message saying “unable to read file.”

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty with this issue. 

    Can you confirm that you are sending one of our supported file types listed in this article?

    If so, can you please let me know which app you are using?  

    I was able to send files successfully on both the Schoology iOS and Schoology Android apps(s). 

    If you haven't done so already, can you please uninstall and reinstall the app and update the app you are using to the latest version. 

    If the issue continues to persist after following these troubleshooting steps, please let me know. I will be happy to take a closer look into this issue for you.
