I uploaded a zip file or .apkg file and my students can't see nor download them. Why? Today is May 1st 2021

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty with this issue. 

    Schoology supports the following file types listed in this article.

    Are they getting a specific error message when attempting to view the files? If so, can you please provide me with the error message. 

    Were students able to view or download the zip and .apkg files previously?  Please let me know and I will be happy to take a closer look into this for you.
