Student Login Issue


I have a few students attempting to access my course and having difficulties. When then register they are receiving error messages saying the password is incorrect. When selecting "forgot password" they are prompted to contact support. As a basic account, how can I enroll my students?

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. 

    Are they following the steps in this article to register for their Schoology accounts?

    If they don't have an email address associated with their accounts, they will not be able to reset their passwords using the Forgot Password Link.  Is it possible that didn't register for a Schoology account?

    Please let me know and I will take a closer look into this issue for you.
