I cant upload my doc, and the reminiders keep saying refresh

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty uploading your assignment. 

    Can you please confirm if you are using the mobile app or a desktop device?

    Also, if you haven't already, can you please review this Help Guide on submitting assignments in Schoology. 

    If the issue continues to persist after doing so, please let me know.  I will be happy to take a closer look into this issue for you.
