Schoology Images not loading for students

Is there a fix for this? Only seems to be happening for students when they are at home.

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    I'm sorry to hear students are experiencing this issue. 

    Are you able to confirm that they are using one of our supported browser types listed below?

    If so, have they attempted to clear their cache and delete cookies on their browser?

    Also, here are our System Requirements Guidelines for optimal performance while using Schoology. 

    If the issue continues to persist, please let me know.  I will be more than happy to take a closer look into this issue for you.

    My daughter can't get many of her assignments to load no matter how many times she tries.  She is using Chrome.  Are there any fixes apart from clearing the cache and deleting cookies?  She has literally spent hours trying to get math assignments to load in this crap program

    Thank you for posting your question in the Schoology Community.

    Please make sure that your daughter is on the latest version of Google Chrome. Also, has she tried replicating this in a different browser or an incognito window? Please share the complete screenshot of her screen with the message she sees when she tries to load her assignment.
