Troubleshooting Quiz



I set a quiz set up a writing assessment for students using the quiz on Schoology.

The writing portion of the quiz, question number 4 was set for 50 minutes. 

Although the resume function is available, multiple students who had neither submitted their work nor ran out of time were unable to resume the quiz. 

As an instructor, the only option provided to me under results is to delete their work.

I changed the setting on question #4 to have no time. However, that didn't help students.

Please advise.

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty with this issue. 

    I was not able to replicate this issue on my test account by performing the following steps:

    - I set a time limit of 60 minutes for the Short/Answer Essay Question

    - I logged in as the student and access the test/quiz 

    - Navigated out of Schoology and returned to the test/quiz 

    - Selected "Resume" to complete and submit the responses successfully. 

    I tested this on a Dell Laptop on the Google Chrome 89 on a Windows 10 device. 

    In this case, are students continuing to experience difficulty when trying to resume a test/quiz?  If so, please let me know and we will be happy to take a closer look into this for you.
