Schoology Rubric "Unable to load grades, please try again later"




Has there been any resolution to the problem with rubrics? I have had the same issue-- the rubric pops up quickly, disappears and then the pink message "unable to load grades, please try again later" pops up. This problem only occurs when I use the app on my iPad. I have IOS 14. 4 .2 and the latest version of the Schoology app. 

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to fix this! Grades are due and it's very tedious to work with two devices to grade every paper.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are continuing to experience difficulty with this issue. I understand how frustrating it can be to grade on different devices.  

    The Engineering Team is continuing to investigate this issue and work towards a resolution. In the meantime, we suggest for you to continue the workaround of using the mobile browser or a laptop/computer browser to grade assignments. 

    Once the engineering team releases a fix, we will update you via this thread.
