Portfolios-Same problem as others reported-need to know when fixed

Like others, I am having issues with some students (not all) getting "locked out" and just having the constant "upload".  Since some are able to utilize this feature, I really need to know when this is fixed so I can offer the same opportunities to all of my students.  Thank you!

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty with this issue. 

    The Engineering team is continuing to investigate this issue to determine the root cause.
