Need account deleted, original company not helping or responding


Hi there, I need my account deleted for security reasons and the original company I used that required Schoology is not replying to my email. 

Please have your team submit a ticket for my account to be deleted as I've seen you've done for others in my position.

    I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble deleting your account. 

    After further investigation, you have been removed from the course. 

    You should now be able to delete your Schoology account by following the instructions here

    If you continue to experience difficulty with this issue, please let me know.
