iPad Schoology App Will Not Allow Rubric Grading

I have three issues with the Schoology app that I would like to be fixed/changed. I will sort them by priority here.

One is that when I am in an assignment on Schoology via my iPad, it will not allow me to grade with a rubric for any given assignment. When I click on the grading symbol that looks like bars, it says "unable to load grades. please try again" under a red bar. This is only for assignments with rubrics.

The second issue I have is that the schoology app (via iPad) only shows me upcoming assignments when I am on a course. It does not show me the normal list of items that need to be graded. This means I have to get on my computer, take a picture of assignments that need grading, and manually find them once I am on my iPad. 

The third thing that I think should be changed is the Gradebook view. This should be more like the computer gradebook view. 

I am hoping these items can be fixed. I used to be able to fill out the rubric on schoology, but now it will not let me. I am using the updated version.

    I'm also getting the "unable to load grades" message, but that only started a few weeks ago. I had never had that issue with iPad app before.

    I am the Tech Integration Specialist at our School.

    I just encountered this same problem  with the Rubrics not functioning. Has there be a resolve to this issue.

    We use a proficiency based rubric for our school. When she switches to Numerical the rubric works

    Of course grades are due today!!!

    I have been having the same problem for the last three weeks. It works on the desktop but often only after several attempts to save. I’ve been putting off grading a couple of things in the hopes it gets resolved soon.

    Thank you for contacting Schoology Support!  You have encountered an issue that has been reported to our Engineering team, where teachers see an error when grading assignments with rubrics using the Schoology iOS app.

    We’ve escalated this issue to our Product Engineering team with a priority of Moderate Impact. Our Engineering team will be prioritizing work on this against other issues that may arise, but we hope to have more updates for you soon. We encourage you to use the workaround of accessing Schoology through the mobile web browser or desktop browser to grade assignments with rubrics.

    Please let us know if there is new information about this issue that might change the priority. Otherwise, we’ll continue to check in with you periodically until we have a resolution. Thank you for your patience.

    I've submitted a support ticket also, waiting to hear back.

    I'm hoping more people contacting them could raise the priority.

    I too submitted a help ticket as our teacher is also experiencing the "Unable to load grades..." error.

    I am still seeing the same issue and it is so annoying that I have to open up the desktop to submit scores on the rubric. 

    PLEASE FIX THIS...

    This is still happening for us as well. Updated iOS to 15.1 (as recommended) and updated Schoology app to 2021.10.1 (as recommended).

    I still cannot grade using a rubric on the IOS app. You prioritized this issue in APRIL and STILL nothing has happened. WHY???
