Mastery Screen Not Opening


The mastery tab will not open on either Chrome or Safari.  The screen just spins and spins and at one point I even received a "Schoology Learning is Currently Unavailable Screen".  Please contact me to work further on this issue.

    Hi Maggie,

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    Our engineers have identified that Mastery does not load if there is a test/quiz that contains the following:

    - A short answer/essay question type with a learning objective

    -Other non short answer/essay question types with a learning objective

    -A student makes a submission to the quiz & the short answer/essay has not yet been graded = when the instructor looks at Mastery they will get an infinite load. 

    The workaround is to make sure all short answer questions are graded first.

    Our engineers are still investing why this issue is happening and we will update this thread once the issue has been resolved.
