Videos not working for some students

Some of my students are having trouble viewing videos through Schoology. Students are to watch short instructional videos that are posted through a google slides presentation. The videos work for most students, but some get error messages such as error message 5 or youtube player not working. Are there easy fixes for these students to be able to watch the videos?

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. 

    I was not able to replicate this behavior when viewing videos that were posted through Google Slides.

    I was able to view the presentations on a regular browser as well as the mobile apps as a student. 

    In this case, can you please let me know which browsers/devices the students are using?

    If you haven't done so already, can you please review our System Requirements Guidelines to ensure optimal performance while using Schoology.

    If the issue continues to persist, please let me know. I will be happy to take a closer look.
