OneDrive Assignment Issues

I know the Schoology status page shows no current issues...

But is anyone else having issues with trying to use the OneDrive assignment app to attach files to an assignment? The window that pops up to navigate to my OneDrive file is blank... This started yesterday for some of my teachers and has continued today. It doesn't seem to be anything at our end.

Students are also having trouble accessing OneDrive assignments that have already been set up. The files are not showing up when they are being clicked on.

Disconnecting and reconnecting the OneDrive does not help. We've also made sure to have OneDrive open and signed in on a second tab while working in Schoology.

    Hi all,

    Thank you so much for your patience as our team identified and resolved the loading issues when accessing OneDrive assignments. Moving forward, Engineering has added additional monitoring, especially during peak times, to mitigate issues like this proactively.

    Getting reports that our teachers are having similar issues.  One-drive access is not working for teachers/students, or is severely delayed.

    I called support - and actually got a live person this time.  I reported the issue.  The support rep said Schoology is now aware of the issue and engineers are currently working with Microsoft 365 people to get this resolved.

    Any update on this issue this morning?  I was hopeful I'd come in today and things would be resolved.  It's been a long week.  We began running into this trouble late morning on Monday.

    We reported it to our ISD and they are working on it as well... Glad to know at least that it's not just us! If anyone hears of any solutions, please share!

    As of 9:15 am PST, This severe outage remain unresolved.

    Please see attached file for evidence from an instructor experiencing failures this morning.

    My school is still having the issue this morning.  Is there any update?

    Still unresolved.  This issue was first reported on Monday. 

    Failure to have corrected the issue by this time is negatively impacting learning.

    Schoology is doing a poor job of managing customers expectations.  The community is owed a clear explanation and told when a resolution is forecasted.

    Is there an update to this yet? We STILL have teachers indicating that they are having issues this morning, a week after this issue started. Status page STILL indicates fully operational. This is getting ridiculous and affecting teaching and learning for far too long.

    STILL no word from Schoology and my teachers/students are STILL experiencing this problem... The only workaround has been to recommend setting up assignments without using the OneDrive. This method is too difficult for our lower elementary students... save, open, edit, save, upload.

    This is significantly disrupting learning. The lack of attention Schoology is bringing to this is beyond frustrating.
