Delete Account ASAP - Unacceptable cannot be done independently



I need my account deleted ASAP for security reasons. 

I have tried to follow the directions, but I am unable to remove myself from a course because the the educational institution no longer uses Schoologoy.

I just received an email that Schoology had "auto closed" my support ticket. Please someone contact me asap regarding the privacy and security concern.
