Can’t view conference recordings on iPad

When I try to access videos of completed conferences it gives an error message. This only happens on my iPad, it works fine on my phone using the same account. Is there a way to fix this?

    Thank you for reaching out in the Schoology Community!

    Conferences are not supported on the Schoology iOS app.  Are you using the Schoology app when attempting to load conferences? Or are you using the mobile browser while on your iPad?
