Unable to view quiz questions/access required


I created a quiz in Schoology and used .jpgs for several questions. When students went to take the quiz they were prompted to ask for access, yet none of the .jpgs were on a Google drive. Why did this occur and how can it be corrected?

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. 

    Did you use the test/quiz feature to create the quiz?

    If so, can you confirm that you have not disabled submissions or unpublished the test/quiz?
