Scores Pending On an Assessment

I just gave an assessment that all multiple choice.  Right now on the grading tab it says "Scores Pending".  It has never done this for me.  What could be causing this issue?

    Thank you very much for your patience as our Product Team worked to resolve this issue.

    At this time, assessment scores should now be populating and indicate a status of either "Completed" or "Needs Grading" (depending on whether subjective-type questions were used). If some scores have not populated by the end of the day, please let us know and we'll certainly investigate further.
