Grading images in Schoology


This is beyond frustrating. I have already asked my poor Schoology Support person to look into it. There was no solution. I can't make a help request because I am not the Schoology Support person.  This used to work 2 years ago. I used to use the free version of Schoology for many years!  What changed and why can't this be fixed? There are so many stressful things about this year and this is really putting me over the edge.  How am I supposed to grade these things?

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty with this issue. I understand your frustration and I apologize for any inconvenience. I know how important it is to grade assignments.  In this case, I have submitted a support ticket on your behalf to the Schoology Help Desk for further review.   We will work towards a resolution and follow up with you in the support ticket.

    I am also experiencing this on a daily basis.  My students submit screenshots of their assignments from other websites to Schoology so that I can grade the assignment.  The screenshots are PNG files and I cannot open them on the Schoology App, and the website sticks at the Document Conversion page.  The only way that I can grade these assignments is to download each individual picture, which I cannot comment on.

    I am having the exact same problem. On the Schoology app, I get the "Unable to load attachment" error, and on my computer, I get the "document conversion in progress" error. I really don't want to have to download HUNDREDS of pages to grade these assignments. We are completely virtual right now. Please help!
