A student cannot enroll in a class help.

Follow

When a student in my building tries to enroll in one of her classes she is getting the message "Underage students are not allowed to enroll in an unverified teacher's course", see below.  This student was able to enroll in 5 of her 6 classes.  She is not underage.  Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

Thank you,

    Hi Isbandiyo,

This error will occur if you haven't verified your account. On the top of your homepage, when you log into Schoology, you should see a banner that reads, "Verify your account so your students can join you on Schoology." Click through the link the verify your account. This should resolve the error.

Please see this article for detailed instruction on verifying your account: How do I verify my account?

If you have a phone number outside the US or Canada, you will also have to email verifications@schoology.com with a link to your profile, for assistance.

Additionally, as this is a public forum, I'm going to go ahead and remove your email address from your post.

    Best,
