Delete Account

Please delete my account. My son has not attended this school in two years. I can't seem to get this account deleted. Can someone help please.

    I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble deleting your Parent Account in Schoology. I am going to open a ticket so that we can reach out to your child's school on your behalf and forward your request.

    Please delete my account.  I no longer have children in the Troy School District.  I reached out to the District and have not heard back.

    In this case, your child's school created and is managing your student's account. Please contact the school directly with your request. If you are unable to reach someone at the school, please let me know and I will reach out to them on your behalf.
