I cannot log into my son's new school's Schoology account because four years ago, one teacher at his old school still has us actively enrolled in her class. I contacted her to ask her to take us off and she claims she no longer has the username or password to log in as she doesn't use the account any longer. Meanwhile, I am still stuck not being able to use log in to the account. What can you do to help me?
