Student can't submit assignments


Our freshman daughter has been unable to submit assignments within Schoology since school started and poor response and technical support from Schoology.  It is not going on 4 weeks with no resolution.

She has been trying with a Lenovo laptop w/ Windows 10 (purchased in 12/2016) and a Acer Chromebook.  She has used both Chrome on both and IE on the laptop.  Schoology has elevated to another level but not sure when / if they are going to get back to me since that was last week....

Has anybody had this problem?  Or a solution?     Or a way to get real technical support on this?

    Hello Tim,

    Thank you for posting your issue. It appears that you received an update regarding this issue from your child's school today. The school should be able to help you troubleshoot the issue at this point but please update the school and your child's teacher if you continue to have trouble submitting assignments in Schoology.

    Your child's school has a direct connection to our Support Team, therefore, contacting the school regarding any issues will prevent you from experiencing the long email chains and confusion.

    If you do not receive a response from your school please let us know and we will reach out to them on your behalf.
