Teacher adding own children.


I'm a middle school teacher at The Rock and have successfully created a schoology account for my classes but am struggling on adding my two own children to the account. Can you please help?

    Hello Ms. Timmons,

    As an Enterprise Schoology user, you can contact your Schoology Support Contacts at your school to help you with this issue. Log into Schoology and click the question mark icon (?) at the top right of Schoology to see a list of Support Contacts at your school. You can then send them a message directly within Schoology regarding your request.

    Since your Support Contacts created and manage your Schoology account, they are the best source for helping with this request.

    If you are unable to contact someone at your school, please let us know and we will reach out to them on your behalf.
