Similar issue here, too. We can't log out in order to log in my other son. I even click on "log out" on the drop down menu, but it keeps opening (from my other son's school's website) into his brother's account. So for example, I log into my son's school's website (his name is Charlie, for reference) and then I click on the Schoology link, but it then opens up into my other son's profile (his name is Oliver). I log out of both websites, shut off, restart my computer, and it all begins again. So frustrating. Please help! Thank you!!!

    Hi Oliver,

Sorry to hear you're dealing with this issue!

Have you tried deleting the cookies from your browser?

This process will look different depending on the browser you're using.

For example, here are the instructions for doing so within Google Chrome.

If this does not resolve your issue, please let us know.

    Hi there,

I'm having the same issue Oliver describes above. I haven't been able to switch between my children.

I tried deleting cookies and was able to log out of one child's account and log in the other, and now again the Log In function just reopens the same account, rather than returning me to a sign in page.

I don't want to have to delete cookies every time I switch between children. I'd like both of them to be able to use this same computer.

    Any other suggestions?

    Heather
