Students are able to search for and access all courses in the school district. How do I restrict student access to courses in the school?

Answer

System administrators can adjust the permission settings at the system-level and disable View course listing for the Student role. This will prevent students from searching and accessing a list of courses in their school district from the Course Listing area under My Courses.

You can also adjust the Course Privacy Settings for all courses at the school from the Privacy Overrides area. For example, if you set the course privacy setting to Course, only members of the course will be able to view the content inside the course.
