I changed schools but my account is still associated with my old school. How can I change my school?
If your school uses the Enterprise version of Schoology, and you are moving schools within your Enterprise organization, your System Administrator can update your school building. Reach out to your instructor or the Support Contact at your school for further assistance. You can reach them by clicking the Support link at the bottom of any Schoology page.
If you are moving schools within a different Enterprise organization, your existing Schoology account will be removed by the System Administrator and your new school will send you information on your new account.
If you use the Basic version of Schoology, you will need to delete your old account and reach out to your new instructor to obtain a course access code to create a new account.
