If your organization does not have an SFTP server configured and this is your first time scheduling an export, you can setup the SFTP from the Auto Export area.
To add a new SFTP server:

Step 3: Select Export Frequency and Export Dates
Choose the frequency and date range of your export:
You can choose a daily, weekly or monthly frequency. If you choose to export weekly, you can also set the day of the export:
You may select a date prior to the current date. The export will include any historical data that belongs in the report.
Once a frequency and date range has been selected, click Next to continue.
Step 4 - Confirm Your Information
Confirm the information is accurate for your export report. Once confirmed, this report cannot be edited. If you need to make adjustments to your report, use the Previous button to amend any of the previous steps.
Click Create Report to confirm and complete the auto export. If you need to make any changes to the report after it’s confirmed, you must delete the report and create a new one.
How do I view my exports schedule?

How do I view my report?
Reports are sent to your selected SFTP location as a zip file and labeled with a date and timestamp. Once unzipped, your export contains the following folder structure:
Root > Assessment ID > Report Type Zips
What information is included in my report?
The report only contains data for scored managed assessments. If no score has been processed for a managed assessment, the export will not include that data.
The report generates a new export if the assessment is rescored or updated in a way that results in a rescore, for example, when an instructor unsubmits a student’s submission and the student resubmits.
