New Course Analytics (Enterprise Only)

Follow

Starting August 1, 2019, Course Analytics is using a new system that provides better insights around the overall usage of Schoology at the course level and makes it easier to export the data.

The new system provides:

  • More consistent tracking of Schoology usage across web, iOS app, and Android app use.
  • An insight dashboard that makes it easier for instructors to understand how their students are using Schoology within their classroom, what materials they are accessing and how much time they are spending on those materials.

The first phase of the new course analytics system allows instructors to view a course analytics dashboard for student data captured after August 1, 2019. From this dashboard, instructors can also access both new and historical data (captured prior to August 1, 2019). This article outlines how to view new and historical course analytics data.
