What does a QR Code look like?

If you school has provided QR Codes for you to login, you should receive a unique QR Code including your name and the timestamp the code was last generated and printed:

Log in using a QR Code on your Computer

To log in using a QR code, click Scan QR Code from app.schoology.com, or navigate to https://app.schoology.com/login/qr.

When the page opens, you will be prompted to enable your camera. Select “Allow” and then hold your QR Code up to the screen to log in to your Schoology homepage. Depending on the browser, you may select “Always Allow” or “Remember this decision.”

Log in using a QR Code on the iOS or Android App

You can log in with your QR Code from the Schoology iOS or Android app!

To log in:

  1. Open the Schoology app.
  2. From the login screen, select Continue.
    Note: Do not select your school.

  3. Select Scan QR Code.

  4. If your device does not have camera access enabled for the app, you’ll be prompted to go to settings:

  5. Once the camera is enabled, you’ll be prompted to scan your code:

What should I do if I lose my QR Code?

If you lose your QR Code, contact a teacher right away. Your QR Code is your password into Schoology. Your teacher can contact the school for help resetting your QR Code and printing a new one.
