Grading Period Overrides
Schoology Instructors now have the option to add a manual override column for grading periods to their gradebook, in addition to the previously existing option to add an override column for overall grade.
To add columns to your gradebook, select Override Grading Period Grade from the Course's Grade Setup page.
New columns, indicated by a pencil icon , now display in the gradebook for each grading period. Grades entered in this column are used in all student- and parent-facing grade reports, and are also used to determine the student overall grades.
See the help center article for more information.
Version 3.4.4 of the Schoology Android app is available for download on the Google Play, Amazon Kindle, and the Aptoide app stores.
Included in this version are multiple bugfixes and performance improvements.
Respondus Lockdown Browser
The Respondus LockDown Browser (LDB) is a custom browser that instructors can use to lock down their testing environment in Schoology. Students taking a test or quiz with the LDB enabled are unable to browse the internet, switch to other apps, or access any other prohibited resources until the test is complete.
