Folder Colors in Course Materials And Resources

  • Users of the Schoology iOS app can now view color-coded folders that were updated in the web app.

Grading Panel Interface Improvements

  • Improvements to swiping between student submissions.
  • Larger icons that are easier to touch on annotations panel.
  • Grading slider automatically rounds to whole and 0.5 values.

Web Content Packages and External Tools

The Schoology iOS and Android apps now support Web Content packages and External Tools (LTI-compatible content). Utilize all of your publisher content regardless of the devices your students are using.

iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch.

Reminder Panel for Submissions

All ungraded and resubmitted student submissions now display in a list to the right of the Recent Activity pane on your Schoology iOS app.

Android v2.9

Media Album Enhancements

 Improvements to Media Album in the Android app include the ability to:

  • Upload existing photos and videos, or take a photo or video directly from your Android device, and add the content to an existing Schoology media album.
  • Add captions to each photo or video.

Implement Android enhancements by upgrading to version 2.9 of the Schoology app on your device.
