When signing up for a new account on Schoology, you may encounter a message that the email address domain you have entered is reserved. This message indicates that your school or organization has subscribed to Schoology, and that they are managing account creation from a system-level.

To create an account at this school, you must consult the System Administrator of the school. If you're not sure who might administer the school account, please submit a ticket to our Support Team for assistance locating the System Admin.
