There was an issue with my Moodle Import to Resources


Schoology enables you to import course backups from Moodle to Schoology Resources. After the import is complete, check the imported content. If you don't see the imported content right away, check your Transfer History. If there is an issue with the import, make sure the Moodle content had been exported from Moodle 2+.

To report an issue with the imported content, please submit a ticket to the Support Team, including:

  • A description of the issue you experienced.
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, or a description of the step during which the issue occurred.
  • Any error messages or available screenshots.
  • The Moodle file in question.
  • The device or browser on which the issue occurred.
