Reset your Password from Account Settings
To reset your own password, complete the following steps:
- Click on the downward facing arrow in the upper right of the screen.
- Select Settings.
- Find Account Password.
- Click Change your password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Submit.
Note: If you belong to a school with a System Administrator, you may not be able to change your own password. If you do not see the Change your password link on the Account Settings page, please find contact information for your System Administrator in the Help Center area.
You cannot login
Note: You must use the email address associated with your Schoology account. If you don't have an email address associated with your Schoology account, the instructor of your course should be able to reset the password for you.
