How do I report a bug on Schoology?

If you find an issue you'd like to report to the Schoology Help Desk, click on the Submit a Request link at the top of this page and submit the form.

When reporting a bug, the following information helps the Help Desk identify and resolve the issue:
  • If you see an error message, what does the message say?
  • What version Internet browser and OS are you currently using?
  • If you're using a mobile device, what kind of mobile device are you using? Are you accessing Schoology through the mobile app or through a browser app?
  • Does the issue occur at home or at work?
  • Can you provide steps to help us reproduce the issue?
  • If the issue occurs in a particular area of Schoology, can you provide a link to the area in question?
Once you submit the form, a member of the Support Team will investigate the issue and provide a response for you as quickly as possible!
