When reporting a bug, the following information helps the Help Desk identify and resolve the issue:
- If you see an error message, what does the message say?
- What version Internet browser and OS are you currently using?
- If you're using a mobile device, what kind of mobile device are you using? Are you accessing Schoology through the mobile app or through a browser app?
- Does the issue occur at home or at work?
- Can you provide steps to help us reproduce the issue?
- If the issue occurs in a particular area of Schoology, can you provide a link to the area in question?
