Managed Assessment Score Not Updating



I’ve graded a managed assessment but the final grade hasn't updated. Why?


If a managed assessment has been graded and the Attempt Score is reflected correctly on the submission page but the score under Gradebook Points on the By Student view displays a score of zero, this is likely because the points value for the assessment has not been set.

When a managed assessment is distributed to your course, the points value defaults to zero. Managed assessments are common assessments that are created in order to compare student’s performance and are not always incorporated into the gradebook. Defaulting the managed assessment to zero allows course admins the freedom to incorporate it into the gradebook, if needed.

To set the points value, click Actions from the assessment, and select Edit from the drop-down menu. Enter the points next to the Due date and click Save Changes
