My child has changed schools. However, my parent account is still associated with the old school. How can I change my school?
If your child's school uses the Enterprise version of Schoology, you will need to reach out to the Support Contact at your child's school for further assistance. You can reach them by clicking the question mark icon in the top right corner of the home page.
If your child uses the free version of Schoology, you will need to delete your old account and create a new account that is associated with your child's new school.

- Once your current account is deleted, you will need a new Parent Access Code from your student's new school in order to create a new Parent account at that school. This is a 12-digit code in xxxx-xxxx-xxxx format that you receive from one of your child's instructors.
